CREO Development LLC was founded in the year 2000 by Jim and Jenni O'Brien as an Arizona home building company.
The name CREO was inspired by Jim and Jenni's three children- Conor, Riley, Elle O'Brien; CREO is also Spanish for "I Believe".CREO Development, is a company that truly "Believes". We believe in our team, we believe in our work and we believe in excelling in all we do.
Over the course of the past 10 years CREO has had the pleasure of building high-end homes and completing remodels throughout the Phoenix metro area. In early 2007, as an answer to the real estate market downturn, CREO began working with Asset management firms, investors and servicers, assisting in property preservation, REO, and Rehab services throughout central Arizona. Over the past year CREO has expanded statewide and has serviced thousands of lender owned and managed properties throughout Arizona. CREO has evolved into a top-notch, quality minded, responsible Preservation and REO service company.
